Trade in Sangkhalok Ceramics

要旨：Using archaeological and art historical evidence, this talk aims to
provide preliminary observations on the intimate network of social
interaction in the Gulf of Siam from peninsular Thailand to the Mekong
Delta since the Iron Age. The trade in Sangkhalok wares, known as
Sunkoroku in Japan, flowing out from the head of the Gulf to diverse
markets in Asia in c. the 14th-16th centuries will also be introduced.
