開催校の都合により、報告会場にご参加頂ける人数は登壇者を含め最大120名程度となります。レセプション会場にも人数制限があります。希望者が人数上限を上回った場合は、当学会会員を優先したうえで、厳正に抽選を行い、登録された方全員に7月1日に結果をご連絡します。Webexでの参加は人数無制限ですが、登録の済んだ方にリンクをお知らせしますので、リモート参加の場合でも必ず登録して下さい。
