*The International Conference on Palm-Leaf Manuscripts in a Time Capsule *

*Rationale: *
The Research Institute of Northeastern Art and Culture, the Faculty of
Humanities and Social Sciences, the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahasarakham
University, Thailand and the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, U.S.A,
in collaboration with the partnerships, will hold the International
Conference under the theme ‘Palm-Leaf Manuscripts in a Time Capsule’. The
conference aims to provide an international platform for practitioners,
academics, and researchers to discuss and share ideas in the area of
Palm-Leaf manuscripts protection and promotion, as well as contribute to
future collaborations and networking to collect, preserve, research,
enhance understandings, and extend the benefits of palm-leaf manuscripts.

*Paper Presentation: *15 minutes for presentation and all presentations are
to be given in English

– Deadline for abstract (250 words) submission: 20 August 2021  Submit the

– Deadline for full paper submission: 30 November 2021
– Online conference proceedings published: 31 January 2022
