会場での対面参加を希望される方は次のリンクで必要事項を記入の上、7月10日(金)23:59までに登録して下さい。

開催校の都合により、報告会場にご参加頂ける人数は登壇者を含め最大120名程度となります。レセプション会場にも人数制限があります。希望者が人数上限を上回った場合は、当学会会員を優先したうえで、厳正に抽選を行い、登録された方全員に7月 11日に結果をご連絡します。Webexでの参加は人数無制限ですが、登録の済んだ方にリンクをお知らせしますので、リモート参加の場合でも必ず登録して下さい。

Due to limited space at the venue, registration may not guarantee in-person attendance. The organizers will send a confirmation email to every in-person participant by July 11.
