東南アジア学会の皆様、

悲しいかな解決の目処が見えないミンダナオ紛争ですが、このたび外務省招聘プログラムの一環でミンダナオ和平プロセスの関係者が来日します。この機会に本学（六本木）で意見交換セミナーを開催しますので、ふるってご参加ください。フィリピン政府、ＭＩＬＦ、市民社会と揃った顔ぶれですので、１１月１５日の上智大のセミナーと合わせてご参加いただくと意味深いものになると思います。準備の関係上お越しになれる方はできるだけ河野までメールいただければ幸いです。政策研究院　河野　毅　（takeshikohno@grips.ac.jp）
Having no prospect for some kind of settlement soon in the Mindanao conflict, it is appropriate to invite the following leaders from Mindando to discuss the latest development. As part of the visiting program sponsored by the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Japan, we will have a seminar on the Mindanao conflict on Nov 13. We are fortunate to have the guests from the Philippines government, MILF, and civil society groups in Mindanao. This event will be more meaningful if attended along with the seminar on Mindanao at Sophia University on Nov. 15th. Look forward to seeing you all! Takeshi Kohno
